Will helped start MTD in its current form in 1999 and gave 3 of the original four stations their call letters. Jason also know by his DJ alias “DJ Alpine” is a career Broadcaster and Event DJ and those are just his main two gigs. Born in Hawaii, Jason moved to and grew up in Hobbs, NM at an early age. Jason has five beautiful daughters and is the backbone of MTD Radio.

Amanda Van Pelt, better known as Mandy around the MTD office, is the resident office troll and Lil Miss Multi-purpose. Be it answering phones and taking names or just spreading some office cheer, Mandy is always ready to help tackle any task.

Blake Ovard formerly the editor of the Hobbs News Sun has taken over News Director Duties at W105 as well as hosting Overnights and co-hosting Bee and the Breakfast Club…yep pretty busy guy! On top of that Blake is an accomplished Artist, Cook, and Gardener!

Former Vice President of MTD Kevin “Bee” Bonner is retired (kind of) and now focuses on hosting the morning show he’s made infamous. Bee and the Breakfast Club can be heard weekdays from 6 to 9:30 am on 105.1 FM and seen on Youtube, Rumble, X, Twitch, and Facebook.
